Thanks for stopping by! This is an about me section, so.... here is a little bit about me!
Some of my top interests in life are technology, health, and outdoors (Loving camping with my family). As YouTube grew, I built an interest in learning how to do it. So many parts of the "YouTube Process" were exciting to me (cameras, editing, audio) but I never knew what to create videos on. Then I got my Peloton. I decided it would be fun to learn the skills to create a few Peloton videos and hopefully help some others out in my videos. I never thought it would turn into a "thing". But as I created these first few videos, I quickly learned how much I enjoyed it. I enjoyed the video creation portion. I also enjoyed learning about and testing different products in the health space. But more than anything, I enjoyed helping others and giving an honest take that hopefully helped viewers make the best decision for them. In short, I was hooked.
Nothing is more important to me than my family. I am married to an amazing wife and have three awesome kids. They love being in my videos so you may see them from time to time. We love to travel, go camping, take our dog for a walk, bike, swim, and basically do anything we can outside. We live in Michigan so we have to take advantage of the weather when we have it! We have a cat named Indy and a dog named Ruby as well. We stay busy but have a lot of fun.
Is this what I do for a living? No. Although, I wish it was. I work a fulltime job to support my family. After work I am usually making dinner, cleaning, or taking my kids to some activity. My YouTube day does not start until after I put them to bed. I really enjoy the company I work for, but I have also learned how much I enjoy the entire process of creating videos. In my ideal world, someday I will reach a point where I can do this. This is an exciting thought that is always bouncing around in my head. Having a larger studio where I can film in more ways, dedicate more time to testing different products, and have a steady stream of high quality videos coming while still being able to provide for my family. We will see, maybe someday!
My Goals (It is important to have goals to help push yourself)
Reach 100,000 subscribers - The only real reason for this is because YouTube sends you a plaque. For me, this would be a milestone that shows me all the hard work has paid off and hopefully I helped a lot of people along the way.
Upgrade My Space - Right now, I have a room in the basement and it is getting tight! Having a larger space to setup different backdrops for filming but keep more products out and available for testing would make things so much better. I hope to be able to do this some day!
Become a full-time YouTube Creator - Not going to lie, I love working on YouTube but when your only time to work on it is late at night when you are exhausted, it can take a toll on you. I would love to wake up and know my actual job is to work on the next video that will hopefully help a lot of people!
How Can You Help?
If you are reading this section, thank you! Here are a few ideas!
Use My Links - If you do decide to get something, use my link instead of finding the product yourself. For the same price to you, I get a small kick back that keeps this operation running! Here is an Amazon example if you plan to shop there!
Watch Videos - If you watch one of my videos. Lets the video finish and hit the like button. This tells YouTube the entire video is worth watching and helps the video reach more people!
Share! - By sharing my videos, you are introducing new people to my channel and telling YouTube this channel is worth watching. Much like hitting that like button helps!
What else would you like to know? I am happy to add to this section, just let me know!
