Each of the rowers listed here are fantastic rowers with a lot of similarities. I am going to focus on what sets them apart so you can identify the one that best matches your style. With the Ergatta, you obviously get that amazing look. You also get a more realistic feel. Because you are actually moving water, it feels less mechanical and more texture comes through the handle bar. It also has amazing content that I often refer to as polished. From the user interface to every game or view you may come across, it is so well thought out. The graphics, animations, competition, modes... I could go on and on, but this is a great rower if you want a realistic feel and gamified content. Also take a look at the new Ergatta Lite. The other gamified rower and it is just as special. This one is not a water rower so a bit more mechanical, but this is not a bad thing. It really is a preference thing. The Aviron is all about options. Honestly, I need to hop back on it because I think they have added a lot recently but the short way of describing it... there are what seems like a million options. Games, pro challenges, manual mode, racing, multi-player, and so much more. If you want an option that you can always try something new but also has new features constantly being rolled out, the Aviron is likely for you.

Maybe a gamified rower is not your thing? You want a more personalized and scenic experience. That is what you get from a Hydrow. They have two models which both tested out fantastic for me. The original Hydrow or the more budget friendly Wave. Both of these are going to give you plenty of instructor led content options to pick from. Once you do, you get to enjoy all sorts of amazing scenic locations. It feels like you and your instructor are out for a row. They motivate you, instruct you, and push you to do your best while making the overall exercise experience more enjoyable. I will wrap up the rower segment by saying I truly think all of they rowers are great options. It really comes down to picking the one that best matches you and I would start with the content style.

We all know about the Peloton Bike and I will be honest and say, it is a great bike and a great platform. At the same time, we don't necessarily want to pay 2,000 dollars for it. This is where the Freebeat Lit bike comes into play. It is a very comparable option at a much better price point (around half). The bike itself is is very close to the Peloton. Resistance, feel, adjustability... a great bike. As far as experience and content, I will give the edge in content to Peloton. Freebeat is a great option but they use a lot of green screen based backgrounds that are extremely loud and too busy for me. If they fixed that, I would have few things to complain about. I will say they have the edge in some of the in-ride features. They use a "match the beat" of the music system for points. This makes for a fun challenge and really helps you get into the ride. It also fun to watch your hard work translate into more points. Great bike at a great price point.

I was a huge fan of the Tonal. Since I bought it the price has doubled and the monthly subscription has went to around 60 dollars a month. Unfortunately, there were no real alternative options. Until Speediance came around! The Gym Monster is a Tonal alternative that has more resistance and can be moved around. While each has advantages over the other, the Speediance Gym Monster has turned out to be a fantastic resistance machine at a fraction of the cost of the Tonal. Updates constantly come out making it better and adding new features. If this is too much for you, they also have the Gym Pal. A floor model that can tuck away easily until you need the space but still provide a great resistance workout when you want it. The more I use these machines, the more I become a fan of them. A great option if you want to add connected fitness digital resistance to your exercise options!

When I received the Ultrahuman Ring Air for testing, I was having heart issues. This means I was very tied to my Apple Watch and its ECG functionality. The reason I point this out is, I figured I would do my testing, create my review, and instantly move on. Yet, many months later, this ring remains on my finger collecting loads of information. Yeah, I like it. The amount of data it collects, how it breaks it down in the app, the scores you receive, the learning opportunities, weekly reports and comparisons... and this is a brand new product! It is only going to get it better. On top of that, is is so simple to use. Just a ring on your finger. You don't notice it, yet it is doing so much. I have been so pleasantly surprised by this one.

The after you have done the basics of eating healthier and taking care of yourself. Via the measurements, the data, and all the learning opportunities in the application, you can make numerous healthy informed changes that get where you want to be.

Bowflex has a wide range of products and they are offering up to 600 dollars off for Black Friday. I tested the Velocore Bike and I had a very positive experience. First, the product itself is very high quality. Nothing overly cheap or plasticky like other options. Resistance was smooth, had a lot of range, and was able to become very challenging. Lean mode adds to the experience and engages your core far more than other options. The subscription fee is much more affordable than other options. On top of that, I had to reach out to support and they were fantastic to work with. (I often cannot say this) Which gives me the impression that they are a overall quality company.
