Peloton App & Spin Bike Versus Peloton Bike. Save Your Money??? - 01-04-2019
As a Peloton Bike owner, I can say it is an awesome product. I can also say that it is not the only option. The Peloton bike is a quality product. The user experience through the tablet is amazing. But… a large percentage of this user experience is available through the Peloton App. So instead of spending 2 to 3 thousand dollars on the Peloton Bike, why not spend 200 to 800 on a quality bike and use the Peloton app instead? The attached video and this article help to tackle this question.

I have long struggled with extreme muscle spasms. We are talking about the kind where your chest and back are so tight that it is hard to breath. I went to the doctor many times and without going into detail it was a waste of my time. This resulted in having to figure this problem out on my own. I tried diet changes, every supplement known to man, stretches, massages, chiropractic adjustments, and exercises...
Cutting the Cord – Saving Money by Removing Your TV Provider - 09-22-2016
Getting ahead financially often goes hand in hand with sacrificing something you enjoy. Rare are the situations where you actually gain something while saving money. I argue that “cutting the cord” is actually one of those circumstances. The act of “cutting the cord” represents removing your cable or satellite TV provider to save money. You often hear about monthly bills ranging from 100 to up to 180 dollars a month. So removing these costs can add up to substantial savings...

I have always had a lot interest in how to make my money work for me. Meaning that I am getting the most out of my money. Living paycheck to paycheck is never fun and feeling like your money ...
It’s All in Your Approach - 08-17-2016
A common term you will hear from me through the article I write is mindset. Too often, we want the quick fix. A pill for this, a subtle change for that, a superfood here, or money to just fall in our laps. My point is, we need to work for things. So, before you go any further here, stop and ask yourself: “Am I willing to work for this?”. I often speak for improving health and financial status and both are the same. Both require work, commitment, and sticking to the plan. How bad do you want to improve your situation? Hard enough that you are willing to work for it, and be proud of the work you...
